Shipping Times
Most Huang Sol items ship directly from our production partners and typically arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on your location and the item ordered. Some items may take slightly longer during high-demand periods. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. To start one, email us at support@huangsol.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
Because our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners rather than a Huang Sol warehouse, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis:
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we do not require you to ship anything back — just send us a photo of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.
- For change-of-mind returns, please contact us before sending anything back — in some cases a return isn't required for a refund, and in others we'll provide return instructions. We'll always confirm the process with you directly before you ship anything.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
Handmade Variation
Our ceramic pieces are hand-glazed, so slight variation in color, texture, and pattern between pieces is normal — it's part of what makes each one unique, not a defect.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders begin processing quickly with our fulfillment partners, we can only guarantee changes or cancellations requested within 12 hours of purchase. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
